Mailbird 3.0 Launch
Mailbird is a leading email client software, trusted by millions of users worldwide, offering a wide range of features designed to streamline email management.
After roughly 8 years since the 2.0 release, Mailbird aimed to create visual assets and promotional videos to highlight their redesigned software interface, while also showcasing the new features that came with its new 3.0 update.
Outcome
I collaborated witht the internal design team to develop visually captivating marketing materials, including print and digital ads, and in general the overall campaign imagery.

To bring Mailbird’s vision to life, research was done and inspiration gotten from launches of other software from companies like Microsoft.
With the scope of work changing, and limited time to create a high-fidelity storyboard to present to the design team, an internal version was created to plan and visualize each scene for the videos.
A series of 3 videos were created for the launch of Mailbird’s 3.0 update. These were the Teaser video, Announcement (launch) video, and the Redesign (Post-launch) video.
In this case study, we will be spotlighting the Redesign video, which highlited the significant changes in the overall look of the software.
Additionally, we designed social media posts and banners to promote the launch across various digital channels, leveraging our expertise in graphic design to create eye-catching visuals that resonated with Mailbird’s audience.
